Bike Auction

June 1, 2021 | 11 a.m.

It's back! The City of Aspen Police Department will host its annual bike auction on June 1, 2021, outside of the police station at 540 E. Main Street. Place your bid on what could be your new steed. Bikes up for auction have been abandoned and left around town this past year. A preview of the items begins at 10 a.m. and bidding begins at 11 a.m.

The auction is also an opportunity to learn about City of Aspen bike transit options, as well as register your bike so you can be reunited with your bike in the event that it is lost.

The Bike Auction will be live and in person; masks are required to attend. In case of inclement weather, the auction will relocate to the Aspen Police Department's garage located off Rio Grande Place.
