You will be automatically reminded to submit your tax return and payment based on your filing schedule. Additional delinquent notice(s) will follow if the return and payment are not completed by deadline.
Once logged into your account the business center will Alert you that you have an Open Task, simply click on the Submit Sales Tax Form (new) and it will take you to the tax return that needs to be completed for your business.
Below is an example of what the tax return look like. There are no changes to the tax return requirements or associated tax laws for the City. All fields in yellow are editable, fields in white are automatically calculated for you.
After all applicable taxes are entered (Sales, Lodging, Excess, Cigarette) your tax, and any applicable vendors fee deduction or additional penalty and interest will be calculated for you. The Name and Title of the filer should be entered, if the return is complete and you are ready to proceed to payment, click Submit. If you are not ready to finalize the tax return and/or pay, you can save it and return at a later date to submit and pay.
