Courtney DeVito, Interim Deputy Director of Human Resources
Courtney joined the City of Aspen HR team as the Risk Analyst in the Fall of 2012. She comes to the City with a 10 year HR background in the ski industry having specialized in Worker’s Compensation, Safety Analysis, Recruiting, Orientation/Safety Trainings and Employee Benefits. When not conducting safety training or bringing employees back to work post-injury, Courtney can be found hiking, biking, running, backcountry skiing with her husband and dog and spending time with her son/daughter.
Jessica holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology; along with actively working on obtaining her Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification. Jessica is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and World at Work. Prior to the City, Jessica worked in the realm of healthcare for many years. In her free time, Jessica can be found skiing or hiking with her kids, and enjoying life in the mountains.
Andrea joined the City of Aspen Human Resources team in April of 2016. Andrea graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Business Management and previously worked in Human Resources in the hotel industry. In her free time Andrea enjoys skiing, hiking, biking, and camping.
