City of Aspen Limits In-Person Services
All Services Available Online or By Phone

ASPEN, CO. – March 17, 2020 – In a conscientious effort to safeguard both our employees’ health and safety and that of our customers, the City of Aspen has migrated all its departments to online and phone services.  In cases where meetings are essential, the departments are offering technological alternatives, which vary by department.

The public is requested to visit and take advantage of the many online services available including QAspen for non-emergency issues or service requests. The City of Aspen’s primary phone number is 970-920-5000 and all customers will be routed to the appropriate department.

If in-person meetings are unavoidable, they will be only done via appointment.

In addition, the public is encouraged to pay all bills online or use the drop-off box located at City Hall.

The City of Aspen is committed to offering the same high levels of service and responsiveness via phone and the internet.

An update of Council meeting technological solutions for public participating is forthcoming.

Attached is a list of all the department contact information and service offerings.
