Residential Electronic Waste Event in Aspen June 20
Businesses can call for appointment for pick-up

Aspen, Colorado – June 10, 2020– The City of Aspen is hosting two events for residents and businesses to responsibly and safely recycle electronic waste. On Saturday, June 20 from 9 a.m. -1 p.m. community members can drop-off personal e-waste for free at the Marolt Housing parking lot, 100 Marolt Place. Due to COVID-19 and personal safety concerns, please stay inside your vehicles and wear a mask while interacting with staff who will unload your waste for you.
Businesses who want to recycle e-waste must contact Lorin Marco of BlueStar Recyclers at lorin@bluestarrecyclers.com or 720-390-0369 to schedule an appointment and obtain pricing information.
Examples of recyclable materials include: TVs, cell phones, and printers, and small household appliances.
Materials not accepted include: refrigerators, large appliances, A/C units, thermostats, smoke/CO2 detectors, batteries, light bulbs, or any items with hazardous chemicals.
