Applications will be reviewed by community volunteer grant committees with recommendations presented to City Council. There are several enhancements this year that are designed to increase community participation, transparency, and efficiency.• Dedicated grant review committees for arts and culture, community programs, and health and human services• Overarching grant program philosophy along with strategic focus areas for each grant program• Removal of first-year funding caps• Publicly available review criteriaA virtual training and Q and A for on the application process will take place on Tuesday, November 16 at 2 p.m. with management analyst, John Barker.
