Customer Portal Available Now for all Aspen Utility Customers

Aspen, Colorado – August 1, 2022– The City of Aspen Utilities Department has been working diligently over the past year to upgrade all electric and water meters for all its customers.  The new system, called Aspen Intelligent Meters or AIM, allows customers to view and download their water and electric consumption data by registering for the AIM Customer Portal.

The benefits of signing up for the portal include viewing and downloading consumption data, tracking usage to manage consumption of electricity and water, and setting and receiving alerts if customers go over their preferred daily or billing cycle use.
